Todos los partidos en Cortes, menos PP, piden retirar el nuevo decreto de atención primaria

The courts in Aragon supported the withdrawal of the draft decree to modify the regulation of the functioning of primary care teams on Wednesday, after the PP was left alone in the health committee when all parliamentary groups voted in favor of an initiative by the CHA in this regard.
The Aragonese preparation also obtained with the vote against the popular group and the abstention of VOX, makes another point urging the autonomous government to expand the care of health centers until 8:00 p.m.
The CHA’s proposal also included two points to ensure a model of primary care organization that does not imply a deterioration in the quality of medical care or working conditions, the implementation of efficient measures that ensure work-life balance, and the design of primary care based on technical criteria and active participation of the health sector. On the other hand, another point was rejected, which rejected the mandatory integration of continuous care in primary care teams, with the support of CHA and Aragon-Teruel.
In his speech, Aragonese deputy Isabel Lasobobras stated that the proposal from the Ministry of Health to modify the regulations mentioned «raised deep concern among the professional health sector and Aragonese society.»
She added that the high restructuring «introduces changes that negatively affect the organization of services, the quality of care, and the working conditions of public health.»
Therefore, she urged parliamentary groups to reconsider the high reform and engage in a negotiation process with health representatives «and criticized the incredulous crisis generated by the person in charge of the ministry.»
The CHA stated that the Azcón government «agrees» with what is approved in the chamber and «withdraws» the draft decree that modifies the regulation.
In turn, the rest of the groups, IU representative Álvaro Sanz, stated that this regulation «also meant a social conflict» and that «it seems that its users and needs are forgotten.»
Regarding health consolidation, he recalled that «this is a sweet that makes us start from scratch» and emphasized that «we cannot go to a medical care model only thinking about continuous care, which makes for constant emergency unit.»
On behalf of the PP, Susana Gaspar indicated that «the agreement and dialogue of the health department took place from the very beginning, making contributions that were included in the regulation» and focused on «We all agree that we need a change of model.»
From the socialist bench, Iván Carpi demonstrated that «the counselor and his team made a decision without consulting anyone and, of course, it went wrong and realized that there was fear and anger.» In this sense, he stated that «the decree must be repealed, a dialogue must begin, and the counselor’s dismissal must already take place.»
For his part, Santiago Morón (VOX) explained that «the overload of professionals conditions the possibilities of properly meeting the requirements of users.» He also emphasized that «there is a need for dialogue and for all parliamentary groups to work together to resolve the situation.»
Joaquín Moreno, from Aragon-Teruel, expressed that «we do not know if we can solve it with an initiative, given the magnitude of the situation.» Finally, he appealed to the body that «we can bring all parties together to resolve this conflict, which is why we have proposed a social pact for the Aragonese.»
