Invierten 1,5 millones en simuladores de vanguardia para la formación de constructores en Madrid.

Albert emphasized that, with this equipment, the regional government continues to increase «excellence at a national and European level in this center, which has unique spaces in Spain for the development of its training activity, both due to its expansion, 22 hectares, topography, and facilities.»
The courses that will use these devices will be the three automobile operators: backhoe, skid steer, and explanation, whose students will train their skills in a virtual and immersive scenario, with high-quality graphics and realistic simulation of weather conditions, in an environment that replicates the outdoors where they will later practice authentically.
Due to the quality of these actions, the workforce insertion is very high, seven out of ten students who found employment last year after successfully completing their education, increasing this percentage to 100% in some such as Torre and exceeding 80% in others like Control of execution in construction work and Civil works and extractive industries.
From 2020, Jarama taught 355 courses in Paracuelelos, adding over 100,000 school hours. Additionally, it collaborates with companies and associations in the construction sector, allowing close contact with the real world of work, detecting their needs, and adapting the program.
In fact, the new program, which started last September and will run until 2026, has nearly 30,000 school hours in 115 different courses, some of which are offered for the first time like Traditional bioclimatic architecture and Maintenance of engine and electrical systems, safety and comfort of agricultural equipment, extractive industries, construction, and civil works.
Paracuelelos is one of the five vocational training centers for the use of the Madrid community, along with others focused on professional families such as refrigeration and air conditioning (Madrid); Information and Communication Technologies (GetaFE); Administration, Insurance, and Finance (Madrid); and Electricity, Electronics, and Aeronautics (Leganés).
