The spokesperson for the VOX parliamentary group in the Assembly, Óscar Fernández, directly indicated to the president of the board, María Guardiola, that there is no agreement between both parties to carry out regional budgets. The high proposals for this are «the same» as those accepted by Carlos Mazón in the Valencian community, with the approval of Alberto Núñez Feijóo.
This was stated in statements to the media when asked about the agreement reached by Mazón with Vox to process the autonomous accounts, announced last Monday, and the possibility of reaching a pact in Extremadura after the failure of budget negotiations.
Fernández, therefore, celebrated that Mazón «finally understood that he is moving in the right direction» to agree with Vox, who puts forward negotiations with the «same approaches» as in the rest of Spain, including Extremadura.
«The proposals made by this parliamentary group, so that the budgets were approved, which ultimately were not approved, are the same as those accepted by Mazón,» he emphasized. In this sense, when Vox criticizes that «17 PP are different,» it refers to «putting the same issues on the table» in some territories, Vox to «then throw to the Psoe Arms,» even though the agreement with the socialists was not closed.
Therefore, the «problem» in Extremadura «is not about factions,» but «it has a first and last name» and «it is called María Guardiola,» while the party she represents has not budged «an inch» from its proposals, nor has VOX in the Valencian community, which also «does not differ» from those defended in Extremadura.
