Descubrí algo que cambia todo

More than ever, you must have heard that unity is powerful and, indeed, it has been proven with the union of these 3 giants. Now, the United Kingdom has joined China for a mysterious reason that could revolutionize the market.
For a more sustainable world
Currently, the damages caused to our planet are becoming more obvious, so we now have the great challenge of reversing them or at least reducing them, but for this, we have to continue advancing in the development of technologies, but this time sustainable technologies.
One of the most important points is how we generate energy. The use of fossil fuels is the main culprit of emissions that pollute the planet, so it is very urgent to straighten out green energy.

In this context, fuel cell technology has gained popularity as a promising option for generating clean energy, but how does it work? Basically, through methanol. Methanol is used as a fuel to generate electricity while reducing the impact on our planet.
And this is precisely the path that the United Kingdom and China want to take: Betting on fuel cells with methanol and a revolutionary model has already been launched.
The fuel cell of the future
Chinese company Sushui Energy Technology, known as Sushi Technology, presented the range of methanol fuel cells at BAPCO 2025, the annual event of officials from the British Association of Public Safety Communications on March 5th and 6th.
The lineup includes Methanol fuel cell generators with power between 50 and 200 watts. These generators stand out mainly for their longevity, easy installation, and low maintenance costs, features that are undoubtedly key in the energy market.
But that’s not all! They were also concerned with creating a product that emits almost no noise and reduces carbon emissions, making them ideal for applications in cities, smart worksites, monitoring and security systems, forest management, disaster monitoring, and public safety.
After a successful year of testing in Japan, Sushi Tech is now looking to expand to broader markets that offer similar potential for their direct methanol cell technology.
Daniel Lou, Sushui’s global technology marketing director, said the following: «The British market shows a great interest in our products. Since last year, we have received numerous inquiries from the security sectors of the UK, so I chose Coventry as our first stop in Europe.»
The Chinese company is looking to expand
The next step for Sushi Tech will be to launch in other European countries! And also in other important global markets, such as South Asia and Oceania. Considering this, perhaps in the future, we will see methanol batteries in many other countries around the world.
Undoubtedly, this technology is an innovative and sustainable energy generation technology. By using methanol as fuel, the emission of greenhouse gases and other atmospheric pollutants is much lower, positioning it as a cleaner and safer option compared to traditional technologies.
Furthermore, launching this technology in the UK market is a big step for the company’s global expansion, but this is probably just the beginning.
The energy revolution proposed by the Chinese company Sushi Tech is not only an advanced technology but also an opportunity to build a more sustainable future, reflecting commitment and respect for our planet, as happened with this technology that China decided to give a second chance.
