Mayte Pérez y Fernando Sabés en el Parlamento como nuevos líderes del PSOE Aragón.

The regional executive of PSO Aragón, in its first session presided over by Pilar Alegría as Secretary General, approved on Wednesday the appointment of the current Parliamentary spokesperson and Provincial Secretary of Teruel, Mayte Pérez, as a regional senator, replacing the former president Javier Lambá, who resigned from his seat on January 29.
In addition, the Socialists elected the party leader in the province of Huesca, Fernando Sabés, as the new parliamentary spokesperson, replacing Pérez, while Lola Ranera will continue to lead the municipal group in Zaragoza.
The PSO Aragón regional executive begins its journey with «The excitement, desire, and power of change,» said the spokesperson of this body, Jesús Morales, mayor of Fifth. «We celebrate an eighteenth Congress that leaves us united, consolidated, and ready to win in 2027,» he emphasized.
Regarding the appointments, he emphasized that «all are highly qualified individuals who will work so that in 2027, PSOE regains control of the government of Aragón, mayors, provincial councils, and popular party discounts are reversed.»
According to Morales, the people of Aragón need it because «Azcón is cutting public services that have been in place for so many years and are now essential.» «That’s why it’s so important for PSO to regain government in 2027,» he emphasized.
The new executive spokesperson has concluded that «PSOE Aragón is united, powerful, and with hard work will be the next president of Aragón.»
