Ledesma (PP) destaca el liderazgo de Azcón en Sevilla, «transformando a Aragón en una comunidad líder»

The spokesperson of the PP parliamentarian in the courts of Aragon, Fernando Ledesma, presented «the transformation» that Aragon experienced, promoted by the management capacity of the executive of Jorge Azón, during his speech at the XXVII interparmentary forum of the Popular Party that took place over the weekend.
Ledesma shared that, in less than two years, «we managed to attract investments of 45,000 million euros. The momentum of our government makes us an attractive community for large companies, and therefore, Aragon has captured only 100 million per year of foreign investments out of 45,000 million euros.»
The PP spokesperson stated that this is not the result of chance, but the result of a government that works and manages, thinking of Aragonese people, betting on the economic and industrial transformation of our community and also strengthening our public services.
«These investments come because we know how to leverage our resources, because we offer legal certainty, and this makes us a technological hub in southern Europe.»
The parliamentary spokesperson participated in a panel focused on taxes, employment, and self-employed individuals. In this meeting, the Secretary General of PP-Aragon and the senator of Zaragoza, Rocío Dívar, analyzed the situation of independent workers, especially affected by the fiscal burden imposed by the government of Pedro Sánchez.
«The Sánchez government has raised taxes, revenue has increased, but not to support citizens or self-employed individuals, they are only interested in expanding their macrostructure to stay in power.»
In contrast to the fiscal suffocation that punishes our entrepreneurs, they opposed the policies of the Popular Party. «PP is the autonomous part, our regional governments support them by reducing taxes, promoting support lines, and therefore, 80 percent of the new independent workers registered in the last month in communities governed by PP,» said Rocío Dívar.
Additionally, Eurodeputy Aagonese Borja Giménez Larraz participated in the first panel, dedicated to «The Great Challenge Housing: Access and Solutions.» Giménez Larraz pointed out the «lack of supply,» a situation that remains «rigid» as the main problem to be solved in the face of a «historic» demand.
«The European institutions have reacted, and for the first time, the European Commission will have a housing commissioner, a specific working group has been created, and the European Parliament has set up a special committee to address the housing crisis,» he said.
Compared to the «leftist attempts» to «patrimonialize» the housing problem, the Aragonese Eurodeputy called on the party to «lead» the issue with appropriate solutions and policies.
In this sense, and in response to the «irregular» policies of the Spanish government, Giménez Larraz assured that the PP in Europe will work to make the construction sector «more competitive» and reduce bureaucracy: «We must speed up permits, reduce administrative tasks, and simplify regulations,» he also proposed.
Regarding the financial sector, he called for the promotion of a specific housing plan, also in Europe, for unpopular areas and rural areas, and also focused on occupancy and research through a European registry of illegal occupants: «We are talking about the right to property, a right enshrined in the Charter of the European Union,» he mentioned.
