Se rumorea que Apple Watch de Apple enfrenta un serio bloqueo
Heard for some time that Apple is working on a version of the Apple Watch with a plastic casing to provide a cheaper and more child-friendly option, but bringing this vision to life seems to be a bit more complicated than expected. Following Apple’s event in September last year, where no new Apple Watch was announced, Mark Gurman reported that the team had faced some «cost and quality» challenges with the plastic design, but that it was still happening. Now, this week in the DOBLAR newsletter, Gurman states that the plastic Apple Watch is «in serious jeopardy.»
According to Gurman, «the design team does not like the look, and the engineering team is finding it difficult to make the case significantly cheaper than the current aluminum chassis.» It has been over two years since Apple released the Apple Watch from the second generation, and this model is now considered «gentle,» as Amy Skorheim wrote from Engadget after reviewing the recent device. It is due for an update, but it seems that the plastic design may still not make it into production.
