Reelección de Antidio Fagúndez como Secretario General del PSOE en Zamora con el 88% de los votos

Antidio Fagúndez and his provincial executive received 88 percent of the votes from the delegates of the Provincial Congress of XV in Zamora to continue leading the party in Zamora for another four years.

At the Congress, eighty delegates voted, representatives who also granted 90 percent of the provincial committee. The candidacy led by Antidio Fagúndez was the only one presented at the Congress.

Fagúndez, who was already the Secretary General of the PSOE in Zamora, will be accompanied in this new stage by Patricia Martín as number two (recently replacing Inmaculado García Rioja) and Iñaki Gómez as the Secretary of Organization (also remaining in office).

Among the most prominent names in the new executive are Luisa Velasco (Secretary of Equality), José Fernández (Institutional Coordination), Eduardo Rodríguez (Administration), Sandra Veleda (Territorial Coordination), and Ángel Lobo (Municipal Politics).

In his final speech at the Provincial Congress, Antidio Fagúndez made a plea for the defense of local governments and the protection of public services.

The new Secretary General -Re -les started their own and began the race for the 2027 municipal elections. «The task now begins, with the selection of candidates for mayors and presence in the municipalities,» said Fagúndez.
