Metro Bilbao opened its stations at 8:00 pm. And managed to restore the service, after stopping, except for the section from Casco Viejo to Basauri.
The interruption of the electricity supply affected the Metro service, which was forced to close its stations because it could not provide traffic.
Initially, the service between Casco Viejo was restored on both lines to Larrabasterra and Kabiezes and then it was possible to recover between Larrabasterra and Plentzia. The only section that remained without coverage is the one from Casco Viejo to Basauri.
In the case of the morning service, the metro indicated that if the service is not restored at Bolt and Ariz stations, it will continue from Casco Viejo to Kabiezes and Plentzia, but it will be done with a lower frequency than usual.
