Luz verde para iniciar desarrollo de catálogo de etiquetas históricas de Logroño
The local council of the City of Logroño has issued instructions regarding architecture and urban planning to initiate the necessary procedures that will allow the creation of labels and signs for traditional, historical, and interesting economic activities to ensure their protection.
The aim is to «protect these signs of historical and traditional identity of our city,» as explained by councilor Celia Sanz.
To achieve this, instructions have been given to start this catalog and develop a protection standard «that will enable the preservation of these signs and symbols that have a symbolic and emotional part of Logroño.»
As Celia Sanz explained: «The history of a city is important to maintain, and these traditions are what we are trying to protect.»
She also indicated that all stakeholders will participate in «collecting signs that could be of interest and protected. The idea is to be in the same place.»
