La amante de Ayuso pide al Tribunal Supremo investigar nota sobre Begoña Gómez

Alberto González Amador, the partner of the President of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, asked the judge of the Supreme Court investigating the Attorney General of the State to investigate a note with the name of Begoña Gómez that appeared in the agenda of the chief provincial prosecutor of Madrid, Pilar Rodríguez.

In a letter, obtained by Europa Press, González Amador’s representation indicates that upon entering and searching Rodríguez’s office, they found a post-it note with the annotation «Manuel Becerra Restaurant, Begoña Gómez Fernández.» The prosecutor then stated that the first note referred to a fire at a Madrid establishment, and the second was to request information about the procedure affecting Pedro Sánchez’s wife.

However, González Amador’s document points out that the entry is from March 2024, and it was only in April of that year that Judge Juan Carlos Peinado issued the order to start the preliminary procedure. «Once again, Mrs. Rodríguez’s statements would be false,» it states.

Therefore, he urges the case instructor to request from the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Madrid the date on which the representative of the Public Ministry assigned to the proceedings against Gómez was appointed and their identity.

Furthermore, he requests once again that companies Movistar, Vodafone, Orange, and Grupo Más Móvil be asked to provide all data generated or processed within the provision of electronic communications services or public communication networks related to the mobile phone lines used by Rodríguez and the Deputy Prosecutor of the Technical Secretariat of the Attorney General’s Office, Diego Villafañe, during the period from March 6 to 14, 2024 (both inclusive).

González Amador’s representation also believes that Villafañe should be granted suspect status because he participated and was involved in criminal acts and because he was affected by the requested procedures. The Attorney General of the State, Álvaro García Ortiz, and Pilar Rodríguez are already under investigation in the case.

It is worth mentioning that, according to the case file accessed by Europa Press, Villafañe was the one who spoke with Rodríguez on March 8 to request all information about the investigation of González Amador for alleged crimes.

On the other hand, González Amador’s lawyer requests Judge Ángel Hurtado to extend the deadline for the analysis of the seized computer devices in García Ortiz and Rodríguez’s office «until the dates between March 6 and 14, 2024, proceeding to analyze them by the acting force on the pending days of March 6 and 7.»

There have been several requests to the instructor to extend the investigation period from March 8 to 14, but Hurtado has rejected them so far.
