La agricultura publicará nuevo orden de la Vedea para gestionar caza de lobo tras aprobar ley de biodiversidad.

Noemí Apple answered questions from journalists after the Congress approved the bill to prevent food losses and waste, which included an amendment to remove the Iberian wolf from the Special Protection Regime (LES TO), where it was included in 2021.

In the case of Rioja, «the wolf was overprotected, both on the Spanish list and on the Riojan list.»
With the modification of the biodiversity law that began earlier this year in the Parliament in Rioja, «the modification of the list of protected species in Riojan is already included, what is called Registration and except for the wolf in Rioja.»
