JJPD pide a las CCAA cooperación en la reforma judicial tras dejar PP el sector de justicia

The judges and judges of democracy (JJPD) have requested the autonomous communities «not to abandon the administration of justice» and, given the legislative change in the law of justice, to «cooperate» so that reform is possible and to improve the service in the courts.
This request was made by the spokesperson of the Judicial Association, Edmundo Rodríguez Achútegui, who made this plea one day after the counselors of the seven PP communities in court left the Sectorial Justice Conference organized in Barcelona and in which they wanted to coordinate the implementation of the court.
«The coordination between the autonomous communities, the Ministry of Justice, the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), and the Public Prosecutor’s Office,» said Rodríguez in a statement, emphasizing that the organizational change involving the implementation of the courts requires the harmonization of criteria to «improve the law and the law.»
In line with this, he emphasized that «legislative reforms have always been» and that in the face of such important challenges as this law, they are trying to improve the efficiency of judicial work and rationalize its organization, «there is no administration left.»
The JJPD spokesperson also stated that «regardless of the differences,» they feel «obliged» to manage these changes dialogically and coordinate their policies because, in their opinion, «society needs a more agile and dynamic administration that quickly resolves its quality.»
«All affected groups, from the judicial system, the lawyers of the Administration of Justice, and public officials, have a responsibility to carry out a reform that can improve an essential public service, such as the one we offer in the Administration of Justice,» Rodríguez emphasized.
Although, for this, they believe that the territories «do not abandon their responsibility» and «overcome their differences,» addressing common policies that follow the Courts Act «with full efficiency as soon as possible.»
«The common horizon we must follow is to respond diligently and effectively to the requirements for legal professions to rise to the courts on behalf of those who demand effective judicial protection,» concluded the JJPD spokesperson.
