El servicio educativo en Caneto volverá a las cabinas de madera sin calefacción

The educational service in Caneto (Huesca) will return to the wooden cabins from Monday 12, but without using the damaged part in the fire and unable to resort to the heating system. Meanwhile, the psychomotor class will remain in a certain house in the city until the end of the course.

This was directed by the Chamber of Administration of Measurement of the Superior Court of Justice in Aragon (TSJA), which excludes the administration of prefabricated classrooms or the construction of a new school.

In addition, the Court reiterates the validity of the counter-ages on their day for these facilities, for which the recurring family informed the court every month about the safety and extinguishing of fire corrections that took place according to the calendar they themselves contributed in their days to ensure the safety of the facilities.

The Chamber thus participated in the accusations of the Department of Education in which it stated «in what the court organized in the educational space to maintain the safety of teachers, students, and other personnel» and in terms of the need to be municipal to take any action.

The administration reported that, in accordance with the efforts made with CHE, the plot is already registered in the Boltaña Property Registry in favor of the state for the subsequent sale by the Municipal Council in Fueva; And this took six months after the transfer of the land to allow the school, whose creative file began ex officio last summer.

The Department of Education reminds that, at all times, its goal was to maintain the safety of teachers, students, and other personnel and to reject criticisms regarding the institutional abandonment that the educational community of Caneto, officially attached to CEIP in Fueva, Tierrantona, receives funding to operate expenses in that space.
