El Mobile World Congress 2025 cierra con un aumento del 7.9% en asistencia en comparación con 2024

With a 7.9% increase in attendance compared to the previous year, the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 has successfully concluded in Barcelona, reaching 109,000 participants from over 200 countries.

Next Edition: MWC 2026 is scheduled for March 2nd to 5th, continuing the tradition of innovation in the technology sector.

Global Events: According to Barcelona, GSMA will organize MWC DOHA in November and MWC Shanghai between June 18th and 20th, 2025, aiming to expand its reach and delve into the latest technological trends.

Over 2,900 entities, including exhibitors, sponsors, and partners, participated in this edition, and the educational sector did not lag behind Within 4 years (4yfn) Hosts over 1,000 new companies and 900 investors.

Gender equality was also highlighted, with 41% of the 1,200 outstanding personalities being women. Additionally, political and regulatory dialogue was significant, with 66 ministers and 111 heads of regulatory bodies scattered across 88 delegations.

The Spain Pavilion, organized by Red.es, exceeded all participation expectations, welcoming over 13,000 visitors, a 30% increase compared to last year. Visitors were able to enjoy both the front and an extended program of debates and innovations presented by 50 technology companies.
