A boat in the Taiwanese marina collided in the early hours of Thursday with a Chinese fishing boat from restricted waters on the central coast of Taiwan, without anyone being injured by the incident.
The landing craft of the «Chung Ho» class collided with a Chinese-flagged boat at 00:38 hours (local time) approximately 45 miles (72.5 kilometers) off the coast of Taichung city, according to a statement from the Taiwanese naval fleet.
No individuals on either side were injured, and the damaged part of the boat has impacted navigation safety. An investigation has been requested, which will be completed in accordance with relevant regulations to clarify responsibilities. –
