In a press conference at the RTVE headquarters, which organizes the festival together with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), Ruth Lorenzo stated that the goal is to «convey the pleasant essence of the Spanish people,» and Marc Clotet mentioned that the first script reading has already been done, which has «many surprises» and that «it is very exciting to be there to make the children’s dreams come true.»
